After Hurricane Sandy, my heat was not working properly. After trying to resolve this myself, I called Patriot Mechanical for assistance. He
showed up a little late, because he was finishing up another job. Once he arrived, he got me working, but quickly identified the issue as a
problem with my thermostat. I told him I would replace that myself. I purchased the new thermostat and installed it, but it did not resolve
the issue. I called him again and asked for him to come back the next day. He showed up as requested and looked at the wiring on the
thermostat. He identified that it was not correct and resolved the issue. He did not charge me for a second trip. Overall, I was very happy with his work and will use him again.
