 + -1 moreWe arranged for Pat to come out to the property we are purchasing, to give us an estimate (refinishing the hard wood floors). He chose the date and time (Which was today!). Our Realtor opened the house (it is vacant), and we arrived on time. Our Realtor attempted to confirm the meeting with Pat all day via text messages and voice mails. Not only did Pat NOT SHOW up for the meeting, but he called an hour AFTER the arranged time to say "He forgot". Needless to say, our impression of this company is LOUSY. All he had to do was text or call our Realtor to reschedule -- or just answer the phone when we called 5 times during the hour we thought he was late or lost. We will be seeking another company to assist us in refinishing our floors.
