His name is Derek Olsen and he is a very pleasant person to work with. He is very neat and cleans up after himself. He is very agreeable to your ideas. I thought that he did a really good job. He stained them for me because I was afraid to do that. Everything is real tight and there are no gaps. He is very reasonable. He is timely and he will call you back. We did use him again for the back steps. He put our back steps in too but that was a smaller job because they were pre-made. The molding job was more work since he had to cut everything and measure it.
