About a year ago, Matt he owner, came out and pitcked up a mirror measured for a mirror that we needed and three screen that needed repair at $30 each. I have called at least 15 to 20 times regarding this order, and they either did not call me back, or lost the order, etc.
I was told this would take 3 weeks, however it has been over a year. Rick, the office manager, has always been pleasant, but he has never followed up with me. Matt came today with my screens, but did not have the mirror because the order had been lost. Matt not only charged me for the screens, but is charging me $40 for the repairs instead of $30.
When Matt arrived with the order, I was treated unprofessionally and told that he didn't want anymore of my business, seemingly referring to me, literally telling me that my job was a "nightmare". However, throughout this whole year long situation, I've been very patient. Upon calling Rick the office manager with Matt present, Rick hemmed and hawed and had could not validate what Matt was saying. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
:Update: 1/22/15
The service provider did call to apologize. We are now in good standing.

Matt and Rick are very helpful and professional. Their prices are reasonable and they don't do any hard sell to get you to spend more. I enjoyed working with both of them and would call them again for that kind work. I have recommended them to friends already.

They've been excellent. They were reasonably priced, they returned my calls and they did a good job.

Matt's Glass did an amazing job. They saved us from a very costly replacement with Renewal by Anderson with an extremely good quality and much more affordable alternative. My wife and i were snookered by the high pressure tactics of RbA reluctantly agreeing to their one time only deal. We were fortunate to get out from that contract and were delighted to deal with Rick from Matt's Glass. He was so friendly and informative about replacement windows and does not shill for one brand but rather what is best for the homeowner and what fits into their budget. He came up with several options and we were even able to upgrade his initial proposals. We paid less than half of what RbA had proposed and the products look absolutely amazing. The installers were extremely neat and they took excessive measures to prevent damage to my wife's new farmhouse sink. Out of all the contractors we have dealt with in our kitchen renovation, Matt's Glass was definitely the most accommodating, honest and neat. If you have any window needs, save yourself the grief and just call Matt's Glass.
