I was extremely pleased with the one stop shopping and installation of my Generac system. They do everything involved, a complete purchase and installation service with site prep including the gas line plumbing and all permits. I comparison shopped and found their pricing was very reasonable, and they did more than others in that there was nothing that I needed to do. They were also friendly, punctual, and well organized. The system installed is excellent. I highly recommend them.

The men from Innovative did all the work while I was at my office. When I returned everything that I had asked for was completed perfectly. I have had a number of projects completed by Innovative. They are arrive on time, get the work done and bill fairly from my point of view. In addition, Sonny Leckie provides some excellent suggestions for improvements to brings systems up to current standards. I've had a lot of work done by Innovative over the past two years. They're my and quot;go to and quot; guys.

Competitively priced compared to other installers, Innovative was clearly a cut above in terms of professionalism and especially in their organizing every aspect of the project from permits to plumbing and coordination of delivery. Other vendors that offered estamates were either vague or noncommital when it came to one or more aspects of the project such as scheduling the plumbing or applying for permits. They were punctual and very neat . Even the town's electrical inspector in completing his final inspection commented that and quot;They did a really fine joband quot; All in all a good experience.

Had a whole house generator installed. Price was very competitive. Handled the whole project - permits, electrical, plumbing, etc. There was one time that we had to reschedule. Plumber was scheduled for a project that ran late and had to move us to the next day. Kind of a pain because we had to be home, but otherwise, everything went smoothly and on schedule. Final inspector told me that my generator project was the only one that week that passed the electrical inspection the first time, so they know what they are doing.

The entire process went well from quote to turn-up of service. Both the office staff and the techs were very responsice and professional. They handled all the zoning and construction permits with the town and kept me apprised of their status. Their quote was very competitive with other contractors.
All dates and times for the installation were met and the techs completed the installation in less time than projected. I would certainly use their services again, and recommend them highly.

I negotiated a price, and requested a whole house surge protector as well. I ultimately chose this company because they are VERY close by, and they do the work from start to finish. To start, they sent me a very large number of forms to fill out, and started the permit process. From the time of the deposit, the installation date was out just about 3 months. There is a form to file with the gas utility, which required reading substantial data from the other gas appliances (cooktop, drier, water heater and 2 furnaces), including max BTUs and minimum line pressures. This is required to determine if service is sufficient to power the generator, which uses as many BTUs as all my other gas appliances combined. We were informed that the gas company could, at their discretion, charge for a new meter if one was required. The gas company took a long time to respond, but when they did, they called repeatedly (apparently not realizing that they had already called). They came out (several times?) to check the meter, and then asked me to call them a week prior to the generator installation so they could install a larger capacity meter (the line capacity was deemed sufficient). Then they called back and said that they were coming to change the meter 2 weeks BEFORE the generator installation. The meter would be provided at no cost. They did come and install a new gas meter 2 weeks prior to generator installation. While a little confusing, all went well. 2 weeks prior to the generator installation date, the generator was delivered and installed on its cement pad (which required leveling of the ground). The day of installation, they called at 7am to indicate that they had a staff member call in sick, but I had 2 guys at the door at 8am who got right to work. A second truck arrived after 10am, and work accelerated. Power was out less than 6 hours, and there was great progress. Panels installed, gas lines and conduit run. Day 2, installation was completed by one electrician and a senior staff member who arrived at the end of the day. The and quot;air testand quot;, then the and quot;start upand quot;, followed by town and fire department inspections all went PERFECTLY.

It took a few days to get back to us but one of their representatives explained that with Sandy and the damage they received over 4000 calls so not getting back to me was understandable. When we did talk on the phone they where knowledgable and direct about the installation and possible timing. They quickly scheduled an appointment to come out to our home the next day and give us an estimate. I'm happy with their service and looking forward to having them complete the job. Will update review after the work is completed.

We had an exceptional experience with this company. Very friendly receptionist, and the owner (Sonny) came out very quickly to provide an estimate. He didn't try to upsell me anything, but focused on what was safe and most efficient. We knew we needed quite a few things done, based on our home inspection, and were pleased with their estimate. They had no issue putting things in writing, and quickly obtained necessary town permits. They were scheduled within a week, and it only took that long due to the fact they wanted to put a whole crew on it to complete it in one day. All of the technicians were prompt, efficient and clean, and most importantly did their job well. The town inspector came out today and gave it a clean pass. We would recommend them to anyone, and will likely use them again when we remodel our kitchen.

We needed several items done in our house and called Innovative Electric who had done the work on our remodel. They had availability on the Friday before Easter and at first I was concerned but they promised there would be no problem. We had 12 coming for Saturday night dinner. They hooked up the radio and installed the antenna so we could enjoy the music while they were doing the lights. We ran into a glitch because our cabinets had been installed on a wall that prevously had a window (surprise!) but they brainstormed and came up with a solution that allowed for the installation. At no time did they say it wouldn't work but kept trying solutions until they succeeded. They were so concerned about keeping my kitchen clean so I could cook Easter dinner. The workmen are awesome and even remembered the names of our pets from being there before. I would and have recommended Innovative to anyone I know. Next job is a whole house generator as they have already installed several in our neighborhood.

We purchased an old, neglected home in 2005 in Chester, NJ. We needed a tremendous amount of work done and found a contractor to do the work. We contacted Innovative Electric for the electrical work for the renovation of our kitchen, family room, new laundry room and a renovation of our pool. They were very creative and helped our contractor (who was not the best in the world) with ideas to make the space more useful and save us money! When we decided in 2010 to finish our basement, out first contact was to bring Innovative back. This time, we used a different contractor, recommended by Innovative (the good contractors know all the other good contractors!) and were completely satisfied. They installed all the electric work, recessed lighting, computer connections and whole house sound system in the basement. James coordinated the electrical work with everyone else and they all showed up when they were supposed to and cleaned up after their work. The electricians were very trustworthy and congenial, not even minding all our pets in their way (our cat fell in love with one of the electricians). At the end of the project, in July, James recommended the installation of an attic house fan and gave us a great price. This saved us so much on air conditioning expenses and paid for itself in months. Since we live in an area where there are a lot of power outages, we are now thinking of using them to install a generator. They are professionals who show up when they say they will and clean up after themselves every day! I recommend
