They worked with our existing space to create a pleasing design. Plants were purchased and installed by Herold's. We followed their tips for taking care of the plants. They also came back in winter to wrap the hollys, which survived the cold winter! In fact, all the plants survived. We are pleased with the results and the service.

We interviewed four providers for the job. Overall, we were most impressed by Herold's - they seemed to know how to do the job and worked through potential solutions (and potential issues) with us in advance. They were familiar with our Township's permit process and suggested alternate approaches that would both satisfy Township ordinances and save us some money. The team that worked our project was very professional and were very attentive to detail. A couple of times I went out to understand how the Versa-Lok system worked, and they were pleasant to talk to. Sean, the owner, was very forthright and honest. If issues came up, he walked us through them and the options. The total cost came within $200 of the estimate. Only issue I had was that they left some rocks in the garden that I had to move, but other than that, they left things very clean and looking great. We were overall very happy with the service, the cost was definitely competitive, and we feel good about the job. Would definitely recommend to others.
