Description of Work: Set up for party between two floors and managed my guest's needs throughout the barbecue. She also cleaned and helped with anything I needed to make my life easier.

They were attentive to my guests, polite and efficient. Maggie knew exactly what was needed to be done and took care of everything. My kitchen never looked better after a party! Description of Work: We had over 40 people at our house for Thanksgiving. We needed two helpers to heat and serve the food, and clean up afterwards. The two people were incredible - pleasant, caring, and very helpful!

 + 3 moreThere is no such thing as 'not going well' for Got Errands. I do believe I know at least 10 of her clients in one way or another, and the complete reliance we all have when we pick up the phone is testament to the confidence we have that it will be exactly what we want it to be. At our big bash, when Got Errands left, we had the leftover food all neatly stored and marked in foil, the drinks stowed where we asked, the rentals stacked and ready for pickup, and great photos to remember it by. Not one bad minute.
Description of Work: Maggie Kamin has worked for my family for almost 20 years in a variety of essential capacities, from nanny/housekeeper at an earlier stage in her life, to house and pet sitting and party planner and service. This past July we had a huge party for a birthday and two college graduations in our acre+ backyard, with tents, tables, etc., pass around appetizers, a full meal, desserts, music and speeches. Got Errands ran it all flawlessly, from planning WELL within our budget, buying and setting up the party things and the food, cooking it before and BBQ'ing during, efficient set up, professional and welcoming serving, and immaculate clean up. Maggie Kamin herself is a wonder woman whom you can direct if that's your way, or you can just say YOU FIGURE IT OUT, and she'll take it on entirely, cheerfully checking in at appropriate intervals, so that you feel calm and confident. And it's Maggie, but not just Maggie. Each of her hand picked staff is just what you want them to be, where you want them to be, when you want them to be there. Over the years I have entrusted Maggie with my children, my home, my cars and my check book and credit cards. I can not recommend her more highly as a person of character and a professional of great skill.
