BTS LANDSCAPING INC

Everything about the project was smooth, every step of the way...which is amazing considering the coronavirus pandemic hit right in the middle of everything! Erik, the landscape architect, was immediately responsive to every question and modification that I emailed him. I'm not a good decorator so I pretty much told him "low maintenance and deer-resistant" and let him pick whatever plants he thought would be appropriate. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and everything looks great! The only thing I cannot comment on is price. We did not get multiple quotes, so I don't know where BTS falls on the price spectrum.

I drove passed the water feature on rte. 10E which was in the process of being constructed and it looked pretty darn good from the road so I stopped by to take a look and spoke to the owner of the company. I learned that the landscape around the water fall was done by BTS, so I contacted BTS to evaluate my property (badly in need for improvement!!!). Kristen came to check the site then Brian also visit the site, made some suggestion, he is very honest to suggest that if I want a water feature I should get that done first rather than get the stone wall done and might need to be repaired later. The response after the initial contact was a bit slow but that duing and after 'Sandy' hit the area, which is understandable.
