Driveway was sealed with a quality sealer and cracks were supposed to be filled.  The day after the sealer was applied the crack filler sank and all cracks were still very deep and visible.  I have called on multiple times to request the job be completed as promised and as PAID for.  Both John and Bill have told me they would be returning to fill the cracks but never show up or call.  Now they are not answering my phone calls or emails and job is still not complete.  They did however cash my check for $1200 on the day of the application.  I just want the cracks filled as promised and John explained that this is a common occurrence and they would be back to fill the cracks.  I am very frustrated, I just want the job completed that I paid for and was promised.  They have already lost one job in this neighborhood due to their lack in completing the job.  My neighbor didn't use them because I explained what had happened with my driveway.
