Concrete Chiropractor did a beautiful job leveling our long walkway. Kris and Karen returned phone calls and did a great job at communicating. They made the process smooth. The guys (Matt & Mario) were fast, efficient and clean. They were professional from beginning to end. No fuss, no mess. Thank you. They are in my contacts and I will refer them and use them again.

Everything went smoothly. Communicated over phone and email. They showed up as scheduled. Leveled the sidewalk. Much more reasonable than replacing sidewalk. Would hire again when needed

His crew was punctual and on the job as soon as they got the mud mixed onsite. They worked efficiently to lift each slab to be level with the next (around 20 slabs). The price was very fare based on multiple quotes and the whole team was super responsive.

The concrete deck around my pool had sunk in several areas near the coping. Concrete Chiropractors did an excellent job of raising the concrete through their innovative injection system. The job was done professionally and at a fair price. The repair team was knowledgeable and courteous. I wish all contractors were like this!

I called the Concrete Chiropractor to get an estimate on raising 2 large patio slabs. I wasn't sure what to expect because I got an answering machine most of the time that I called, BUT, I ALWAYS got a phone call back within a few hours and most of the time within the hour I had originally called. They are very responsive and quick to help me get a quote, I described my situation and also sent Kris a couple a photos so that he could accurately give me an estimate. The original estimate was for $1200 given the job at hand and travel distance. I had 2 large concrete patio slabs (~8'X15') that had sunk about and inch over the years and were now pitching towards my foundation allowing water to pool against the house. Hurricane Sandy was only 1-2 days away from striking and I was in a rush to get my slabs raised before the storm, though admittedly, I had little hope to get on Kris's schedule so quickly. However, Kris and his team were able to come out within 48 hours on a Saturday and do the job! They drilled a series of small holes in the slabs and slowly raised them together so that they were now pitching away and even with the other slabs. After patching the holes they used the hose to check the water flow and that the proper pitch was reached.
Since I already had the crew and equipment at my house I asked Kris how much extra it would be to raise and level my sidewalk that hugs the foundation on the side of the house and connects the front and back yard (about 6 regular size sidewalk slabs). The slabs were terribly uneven and in most cases pitching towards my foundation. Kris gave me a quote of about $400 to do the entire length of the sidewalk and I gave them the ok. They drilled 2 holes in each side walk slab and raised them little by little going down the line. When all was said in done I estimate the slabs were solid, level, pitched appropriately and had been raised between 3-4 inches! Like the back patio they patched the drill holes and tested it out by running some water down the sidewalk, once they were finished cleaning up you can't even notice that they had ever been drilled unless you really look close at the slabs.
In total I spent almost $1800 after taxes but the amount of money and headache this saved me is 10X this amount. I was told that before I purchased the house a previous buyer had cancelled their contract on this house because the estimate to replace the sidewalk alone was several thousand dollars and for $400 it looks brand new!
I have actually identified another area that I can use Kris's services and will be calling him again in the spring!
