I went back and forth numerous times trying to locate a particular tile. The owner, Paulo Esteves and his assistant Hugo were outstanding. They really tried every source they knew to try to find a matching tile so I could just repair a certain part of the shower and wall.  When this could not be done, they helped me select different colors and textures to give the bath a great look at a very modest cost.  I told him I was on a tight budget and he didn't try to steer me to more expensive tiles.  He ordered the supplies and had them on time for the contractor to install.  Both men were very helpful and patient.  I would use them again if I ever have another tile project, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.  If you can't find a certain tile, go there.  They have a lot of contacts and will try to help you.  They provide outstanding service, which in this day and age can be hard to come by.
