Meet with Rich in our home and discussed the details of the project . Upon the second meeting a week or two later we had a drawing as well as a 3D computer image and a detailed list of items to be installed. As a landscape "artist" he seems to get offended when you change parts of his design but it all works out. I was confident in his skills and honesty and did not feel I needed to stay home for the whole project. His pricing was fair and overall did a great job and would recommend his services.
