Prompt reply to my request, great customer service from the first call, to rescheduling due to snowmageddon, and right through to today, when the door was not only repaired, but the Technician Steve gave me great advice on how to keep the door and it's parts in good working condition. Will recommend to my neighbors!

Went very well. On time, very efficient and Steve the installer was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them. Have now contracted them to replace two other outside doors.

This company quoted $99.99 spring installed and asked for service fee of 79.95+ plus tax for person to come to home, This fee to be adjusted if the work is done otherwise pay for the visit. This is a rip off. My advise call companies with free estimates only because these companies who charge service fee will charge too high rates for the parts, now you have no choice but to work with them or loose your visit money. I cannot pay 189+plus tax for one extension type of spring which only costs $28.50 for a pair at home depot. How can this price be justified. My advise stay away with TGS Garage and Doors if you want cost effective solution to your needs. If you have money and don't mind getting ripped off you can deal with them. I just lost $85.5 today for the service visit due to the reason that I could not pay $189.00 + plus tax for one extension spring which price is not comparable anywhere. I believe if this company can show the proof that this part cost this much I will take my review back.

Insanely expensive. We paid for a "deal" - pay $50, get $100 worth of service. Our bill at the end was $200. (Garage door springs retail at Home Depot for about $25) Tech worked really hard to upsell us on replacing cables and pulleys for an additional $300+. When Tech left, the door operated properly. Later in the same day, door would not close with motor. Hired a different company to address the additional issues--sensor "eyes" and motor system.

Very well. The door was quickly repaired. It was straightened and re-tracked and has since been operating properly. The service was very friendly and professional. Matt Sinicki did a great job. He suggested, performed and charged for only what was necessary to solve our problem.
