Highly recommend this company. Very fast , reasonably priced and very friendly employees.

I want to personally thank John, James and Conner. Mold solutions by Cowleys was at my home today for mold services. They all had smiles on face and were very nice, there customer service was outstanding, they all made me feel very comfortable and never an awkward feeling. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone for any services and I couldn't be more pleased.

We hired this company to remediate the mold in our attic. They suggested that the insulation be replaced as well. One year later we had an industrial engineer to inspect the attic and told us that the insulation was improperly applied which caused more moisture to form in the attic and that the mold had never been remediated properly. Cowleys did come out and retreat the attic. Once gain we had an industrial engineer come out and he was appalled by the fact that the mold issue had gotten worse. Since October, I have had three industrial engineers and 10 different mold remediation companies come in my house and they all say the same thing....the work was not properly done, Although the company states that it does mold remediation work, it was originally a pest control company They should have stuck with the pest control. I would definitely not recommend them

We met a salesman by the name of Rob who gave us misinformation and miss quoted the price in regards to what was actually being done and installed. After Cowleys completed the crawlspace I went under the house and found that they installed certain features which I did not request. I also received the bill which was well beyond what I intended to have completed. When I called Cowleys and advised them that I did not Order these additional items they advised me to speak to Rob who never returned calls and when he finally did never ammended the work order. I finally gave up and chalked it up since the crawl space was completed. The work completed by Cowleys Maint. Personnel was very professional and I would grade it a positive "A". In regards to the salesman Rob I would rate it a D or an F. I did find out about a year later from one of the maintenance people coming back for our yearly check that the salesman Rob was no longer working for them which I was very happy to hear so he would not be taking advantage of anyone else. Just be careful when dealing with the salesman Cowleys

Exceptionally well.

They seemed to do a good job. We are selling the house that's the only reason we went through this procedure. A surveyor came in and said we didn't have a vapor barrier under the installation they put in but that wasn't a big deal to me and apparently the new homeowners don't seem to care either. They did a good job they were up there for three days working. They were here right on time. No complaints.

It didn't work out and I'm not very happy with their service. They missed mold. They didn't see it. It was just around one spot of the basement. I contacted them. I don't think they should offer remediation without testing. They shouldn't accept a job without test results. They accepted the job and they didn't find what they were supposed to find. I'm upset about that.

Took 30 minutes, maybe even less. They were suppose to clean the wall for mold, and they chipped paint off of it with the cleaning service, and it looked worse then before they started. It was such a small job, and I was informed even though its a small job they have to charge me that much and for 25-30 minutes, that's ridiculous.

Great, very professional job. They were very neat, and also well informed. They provided a very detailed estimate, along with options. There was never any confusion, and they seemed to genuinely care as to how best to help.

They put something on the walls and in the air and we kept the basement door closed for several hours, then were allowed to air out the house They sent 2 men in to do the job, tthey were polite & courteous and explained everything they were going to do. They also called 1 hour before to let us know the time they would arrive, it was gauranteed for 1 year.
