Jim was absolutely amazing !!! He was so thorough and paid so much attention to the tiniest of detail about ever inch of the house. Jim constantly kept us informed during the entire process and answered any questions that we had. Jim saved us THOUSANDS of dollars by showing us everything that is wrong with the house we were trying to buy, we withdrew offer based upon Jim’s inspection and report he submitted to us less than 24 hours later. This was an amazing experience and I will absolutely use Jim again.

Definitely hire Steve! From the beginning, he was so kind and helped us in anyway that he could! He arrived to the appointment before us and was ready to jump right in. He also didn't mind that we had to drag along our 15 month old son throughout the entire thing, but instead was great with him! He took the time to explain everything to us and make sure that we really understood it. He got the report back to us just when he said he would and when I asked for clarification of one of the sections, he sent over a revised copy right away! He is very responsive via email or text. I couldn't be more happy with the service we received from Steve. I will definitely hire him again if I ever need his services and recommend him to everyone I know! Steve was very easy to talk to and make an appointment with. He showed up early and completed both inspections in a reasonable time. He was very friendly, approachable, and professional. The price seemed a little high, but not at all unreasonable. The money was well spent however, as he found some issues with the home I plan on purchasing. I would recommend Liberty Home Inspectors to anyone in need of a home inspection or termite inspection in the future, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them back if I need their services again in the future.

Steve did a wonderful and thorough job on our home inspection. He was able to perform the inspection on short notice and even accommodated my work schedule and started later than he usually does. Steve was very professional and prompt. I was delayed due to traffic, but Steve was wonderful and started doing his inspection on the outside of the property while he waited. He was not afraid to get into tight places and he was very thorough. He checked every single detail of the house and even attempted to trouble shoot some issues when he could. Steve's inspection report was very thorough. He even went the extra mile to get us the report within 12 hours because he knew we were on a time constraint.
