"In response to your review, we would just like the true facts to be known. We initially were hired by your brother to fix an electrical issue in your mom's house. Our technician arrived and fixed the problem to the best of his ability, given the fact he was unable to access the actual room in which the problem was occurring. He was paid for service and our invoice was signed satisfactory. The next day we received yet another call from your brother to which he stated he changed an outlet now nothing is working. We explained that if we came back we need full access to the areas which are having issues. Once again another technician arrived on site, and not only was he not allowed access to certain areas he had to ask for cleaning supplies to clean an area in which to work. When he was finished he was paid once again for the new issue and the invoice signed satisfsctory. That evening as well as the next morning we received 2 calls before our office was open in regards to a whole new set of problems. The member called again, yelling and screaming at the receptionist, to which she stated she will not be yelled at and will gladly speak with your brother since he was the one who hired us in the first place . We were scheduled to meet your brother at the house to get the situation corrected. Later that day he called us and stated you had stopped payment on BOTH checks for work which was performed, and were threatening to leave bad reviews At this time we cancelled the appointment because our office personnel should not be screamed at nor should our technicians have to work in unsanitary conditions. It is unfortunate it ended this way, we did make efforts to rectify the issue to no avail"
