I have installed a lot of closets over the years.  I have never seen or had a more amazing installation crew! They came in like a army of elves with each person having a particular task.  They were unbelievably organized and paid attention to every detail. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to organize their space.

I can't say enough about how much of a pleasure it was working with everyone from Contemporary Closets. I first worked with the designers going through each closet I wanted them to remodel. Each one was a different design depending on the room, size and needs for it. They made sure that every request I made was satisfied. I had some specific design thoughts for the master bedroom closet and they worked with every one of them. Even making better suggestions than the ones I requested. The scheduling for the job was also absolutely wonderful. The woman I spoke with worked with my schedule and made sure I knew what to expect for how long the job would take. Finally the installers were top notch professionals. The arrived on time each day, kept the house very clean during the entire process and the final product was exactly as I'd hoped it would be. These guys didn't waste anytime and made sure every piece fit exactly as it should. I would recommend them to anyone.

Received a call from Denise a few days prior to the installation confirming the date and was told they would be here at 830. A few hours later, on the same date we had an unexpected family emergency and I called the office, left a voice mail message stating I needed to be assured the workers would be completed by a particular time on that date. (Seth had told me it would take 4- 41/2 hours for the installation.) Did not receive a return call from anyone. On the scheduled date, no one showed up at 830 and over an hour later I called the office, reached Sue, the office manager, who said she passed the information along to Denise and had expected that I would have been contacted and she would find out and call me back. Denise called back and told me she never said they would begin the work at 830 because they and quot;never knew when the installers would show upand quot; and had not received any message from me. I told her that I absolutely needed to leave my home by a certain time and they needed to be done. She said she had two offers: leave the workmen there to complete the work or reschedule to end of August - 8 weeks in the future. At that point the installers arrived and I told them what had happened and they immediately began to work to get the installation completed. Shortly thereafter Sue called to ask if they had arrived and I confirmed they had and they were beginning the work. Another call from Denise who insisted that she never told me 830 and began overtalking me and interrupting and when I said and quot;I am the customer and you must listen to meand quot; continued with unprofessional communication and I hung up. She called back and gave me the option to speak with Gary, the owner but that seemed pointless at the time. I approached the workmen and told them to stop, explained to them why I was stopping their work, and apologized for inconvenience to them but caused by their employer. I had concern that they would lose a day's wages if they did not work and my husband and I agreed they could finish the work and we would leave them in the home until they were done but we were obligated to leave by a certain time. The workers did a great job and the closets are what we had expected. The quality of the work of these two persons is excellent.
The only person that called as follow up was Sue, no call from Seth, no call from Denise, no follow up call.
I would never recommend them or use them for my next closet needs because they have no communication within themselves or with their customer and that leads to poor experiences

The job went very well other than they came up short on two of the drawer fronts so they are supposed to come back and put those in. They did the install in one day. They did excellent work. I am really happy with it. He was able to fit me in within my time line and I had no issues. Seth came right away as soon as I asked them to. I would recommend them.

I have never seen them do a bathroom. I am having them do my closets next. They were very good. The gentleman who was the owner came in and he had a computer program. I described what I wanted; he took measurements, and he showed me on the program how the cabinets would look. That was very helpful because I needed to see things visually. He had one program which gave me a 3D image of what the finished product would look and I found that very helpful. They were very professional; they were very neat and clean, and came on time. That is why I called them back again because I liked them. They worked with me. They were willing to listen to my ideas, tweak things around however I wanted it to be done. I would use them again in the future.
