"Hi John, I'm sorry you feel that way. As I pointed out when we spoke, the estimate said 2 suction points, not 2 pumps. I'm sorry for the confusion. The estimate also did not include any sump work which we did perform. We were able to stick to the original quote with our final price so there wasn't any unexpected price increase.
