They're excellent. It's probably the only place that everybody uses here. The price is not outrageous. If I used them 30 years ago and I use them now, yes, I'd say I'll use them again.

They sucked. They came, but they didn't do the job. They sprayed something and it didn't work. They were really bad. They weren't professional. They wouldn't go under the deck and that's where they were coming from. So, then I went to a place here and got my own spray and they have not come back.

Provider knew exactly what to do (another company was guessing as to how to get rid of squirrel's nest.) In the end, the squirrel's had abandoned the nest and no trapping was needed. Allison Pest Control REFUNDED entire amount even though they had to come out twice (once for estimate - once to see the nest was empty.) Will definitely recommend them for their knowledge and extremely fair business practices. Will use them again for regular extermination.

We have used Allison Pest Control for years. They are reliable and responsive. We have had to call them several times for off-cycle services related to pest issues. They have always been responsive and only required one visit to deal with the problem.

We uncovered termite damage in our house and the inspector checked for activity. He found no current activity and gave quote for preventive treatment. To prevent future damage, we had the treatment performed about 6 months later, and they honored the original quote. The exterior of house was trenched and treated, drilling holes in concrete where necessary. They explained the work thoroughly, were courteous, and were on time for the appointments. They did not pressure us to sign a contract for follow-up treatments.

The salesman, although not too pushy, did try to get us to sign an annual contract for service, which I did not think I needed. So, he told me to call the owner and speak with him about a per visit fee. I did work out an acceptable arrangement on a per visit basis. On 7/15/13 a service tech came out and sprayed inside, outside, and the cellar of our house, and for the most part, that took care of our problems. Yes, we still had to kill one or two critters in our house a week or two later but that was the end of it. Overall, we were happy with our experience and will call them again in the spring and probably in the late fall of this year 2014 for service.

Purchased a weekend home at the Jersey Shore. Things were great until maybe end of June, I had crickets all over. Anyway, Allison came ASAP and I never saw another cricket or bug for that matter. The gentleman recommended I buy the service contract as he saw evidence of Rodents in the basement. (basement door doesn't close properly, and I'm replacing it now to prevent any more rodent problems). Boy am I happy I bought this contract. I stopped by the house a few weeks ago, and noticed some chewed up insulation. Allison came straight away and resolved that problem. Home has wetlands in the back of it, so there are a lot of bugs and such. So I haven't seen any bugs in the home and found the guys they sent to be extremely professional and knowledgeable and very calm. I don't like harming any animals or bugs, and they understood and took care of the situations humanely. When you have crickets in your bed, or rodents chewing stuff up, it's a situation that is completely unmanageable to a homeowner. These guys are great, and were actually recommended to me from another homeowner in Spring Lake that had a cricket problem. Guess this is common at the Jersey Shore.

Timely assessment of pest problem. Cost estimate was delivered quickly and treatment visit scheduled promptly. Technician was on time, knowledgeable and efficient.

I have a contract with them and they came in four or five times now. What I like is that they are always there on the phone. If they can't talk to you right then and there, they get somebody to schedule and to talk to you. And, when they are at the house looking at things, they call you up so you know what they are seeing. They are pretty responsive.

tttAllison sales/inspector arrived timely for appointment. He evaluated existing termite damage and existence of current activity. Gave opinion of no current termite activity, but suggested a couple of prevention treatments to prevent future activity. Worked with us to give a good value for treating. No pressure to buy. Showed up as scheduled for appointments and treatment, which consisted of traps installed around the foundation of our house.

I have always been pleased with them. I have been with them for over 12 years.

Their service people are very nice, knowledgeable and very well mannered. They answer my questions and I don't feel like I am rushed. They will come back if I have an issue, so I don't have to worry about calling them. They are usually pretty quick to respond to anything. With regard to the price, it is hard to say because I haven't really compared them in a long time.

I give them top grades across the board.

I have an annual contract with them. I had a problem with bees and they came back to spray just for that.

We had them for years. They are responsive, prompt, and professional. They are just a good group to work with. We live in a wooded area, so we have critters and when the season changes, we have mice coming in. We have problems with carpenter ants and other kinds of ants. They come out and take care of things very quickly. They keep the regular schedule for outdoor treatments to keep the bugs out. I don't have anything to compare with them.

We just signed up with them in October for a one-year contract. They come out three times a year. If we want them for extra services or extra treatment they would come out at no charge. It's all-inclusive. We are paying for them to come whenever we want to. They are a little expensive this way, but we are paying for a 24-hour access. We have had one treatment done, and they have done a great job. We haven't seen any bugs, spiders, or cricket since. We are pretty impressed.

They were very good, professional and nice. I live in a wooded area and am terrified by termites; I have to spend thousand dollars upfront. They were supposed to come back and check the traps as part of their preventative measures, but they never did, which is one part that I have a problem with. There is no sense in getting this work done if they are not going to come back to check. Once I have this problem resolved and depending on how they resolve it, I would use them again in the future.

I haven't had any problems so far. They seem to do good work.

They have been competent and we have had no problems. I would recommend them to other people because they are friendly and because they answer all of our questions. They are very knowledgeable with their business and are able to have things run smoothly.
