He was fast, he was responsive and we were able to get to the bottom of what the noise was and didn't get charged for the visit.So I would definitely call him again if we need pest control.

I heard squirrels running and scratching in several sections of my attic for a couple of weeks. After calling many exterminators, I had Tom from TNT do the work -- his price was reasonable, and he was going to do several efficient things in order to eliminate the squirrels in a humane manner He observed their entrance point in my attic (the insulation was torn apart going up to the roof to a dormer-type area where a space had been left by the roofer, allowing access for the squirrels). He set 2 Have-A-Heart baited traps, then climbed onto the roof and put a one-way door ,enabling the squirrels to escape but not come back in, made of wire across the roof entry point; he also sealed up any possible future entrance points on the roof with wire or metal. The squirrels left and never came back in; I checked the traps every few days and they were never set off; and I never heard the squirrels in any areas of my attic again. If they had been caught in the traps, Tom was going to drive them 5+ miles away and let them go in a wood area. At the end of December, he removed his traps then climbed back on the roof and sealed off the entrance with a sheet of metal (brown on one side/white on the other so he could match it with the roof and/or painted wood). He was reasonable, friendly, clean, efficient and thorough! He gave me a written 1-year guarantee on his work. I would hire him again without hesitation and have already recommended him the several people who have had squirrels in the past (if their squirrels come back, they will hire Tom from TNT). I am thrilled with his work and the fact that I don't have to hear squirrels above my head anymore!

I liked the pest control guy and the work he did. He explained well what he was doing. He was prompt and was here within a couple of hours after my phone call to him. He took his time and it worked. The price was really reasonable. He did come back later to followup and made sure that it was taken care of. I would definitely use his services in the future too.

When I went out to get my mail, I noticed many yellow jackets flying around near my front door. Since I previously had a severe allergic reaction to the sting of a yellow jacket or wasp, this was a significant problem. I noted that the yellow jackets were going into a cavity where a fascia board met the shingles on the side of the house next to the front door. I called several pest control services to obtain quotes and see when they could come and eliminate the nest. I chose TNT because the owner said he would come that day. The others all said it would be several days before they could come. When he arrived, he evaluated the problem, treated the nest, and said it might take a little time all of the yellow jackets to die off. Within a day, I no longer saw any yellow jackets. I was very pleased with the job. While his price was 10-15% more than others had quoted, he was able to respond immediately, which was very important to me.
