Mike Can Fix It

5Wehired Mike to renovate our home as soon as it was purchased, prior to moving in.  We worked with him on the possibility of opening up the space.  What was once 3 rooms - living room, dining room, and kitchen, is now one large kitchen & dining room combined.  The old kitchen had vinyl flooring and Mike was able to find wood which matched the floors throughout the house.  He installed the new wood floors and staggered them in a way that you can't tell where the old floors end and the new ones begin.  He sanded the floors throughout the entire 1st floor and re-stained them to the color of our choice.  When the kitchen cabinets arrived, he installed them for us & all the appliances.   He added all new electric outlets along the back splash and inside the island & installed recessed lighting and all our light fixtures.  He also installed some new doors for us and along the way we discovered a leak in the basement which he fixed.
Granted the project took a bit longer than we expected but the job was done & done well.
We've called Mike a couple other times since.  Once over this past winter when the heat broke in the basement, he came immediately and fixed it.
The most recent job was to install new doors for our second floor and move light switches around to places that made sense for us.
We are also looking to hire him again to help renovate our bathroom.  He does it all!
