Great job at a fair price - Took care of our squirrel problem by finding and closing up an opening where they were getting into our attic.

I had purchased my home in November and after many months of work we finally moved in around late February.  As the warm weather approached we noticed ants were routinely appearing in our TV room.  After finding out Masterson Pest Control had originally treated the property back in October prior to the closing I called. Chris was quick to call back and said he would be back when the weather has a string of warm days since the ants would be more active.  This week I texted Chris as the ants appeared more frequently in my TV room..  He showed up the same day and retreated the whole area.  He was very professional and informative.
We will be recommending him to friends and using him in the future.

A professional service person who returns phone calls quickly, shows up on time for appointments AND doesn't try to scam you or upsell treatments that you don't need? I did not think those people existed anymore until Masterson Pest Control showed up at my house.
We had been seeing a certain insect in increasing numbers around the house and our own attempts at pest control were not yielding results so we called Masterson. My phone call was quickly returned and we agreed to an appointment time. Masterson showed up right on time.
He looked at the part of the house where we had the biggest issue and made some solid suggestions on how we could reduce the moisture around the house to make it less appealing for the critters in question. He also gave some solid advice on termite treatments and did not try to talk me into an annual service plan. If we ever do have an issue like termites, mice, hornet's nest, etc. I will be sure to call Masteron to handle it for me as I know he will address the problem at hand without selling me things I don't need or spraying or spreading insecticides that won't benefit our pest control issues.
He is now our go-to pest control service person.

I called Christopher on his cell phone and explained to him what the issue was. It looked like I had little sawdust or some other type of dust that was created by a bug. He came out and checked everything for me and said that there was no problem at all and that the dust was left from ants and I didn't need anything sprayed. I appreciated him so much for being honest with me. He could have easily taken advantage of me and went ahead and sprayed. But he didn't and he wouldn't let me pay anything either! I would not hesitate to use Christopher in the future if I did have a bug issue.

We saw a mouse outside our house on a Thursday afternoon at 4:30. I was very concerned because our neighbors had a mouse problem so I wanted it looked at immediately. I called Masterson Pest Control at 5 and Chris personally answered the phone. He arrived the next morning, assessed the situation, and we came up with a plan. Chris explained everything calmly and thoroughly and did not try to oversell me anything at all. Luckily, it was a very minor problem and easily resolved by Chris.
Chris is very professional and personable and I highly recommend him. He owns the business, handles his schedule, and personally goes on all of the calls.

Overall, the experience has been positive thus far. I called this company and the owner was the one who answered the phone. He explained to me how they worked over the phone before setting up the appointment. The owner arrived on time for the appointment, who is also the one who actually does the pest control service. He didn't try to sell me anything and we went through what needed to be done. He wrote up a professional contract, which was the reasonably-priced one that I had gotten. He was conscientious of my budget, I felt like he wanted to do the best job and I felt well-informed.
