The first thing I should say is that Bill came to our house on a Sunday afternoon and spent an entire hour flat on his back in a horrible crawl space trying trying to figure out why our laundry room floor was soft-we had had many people come and give us opinions and costs, but only Bill did that ugly horrible inspection to understand the problem before we invested in getting it fixed. He found other problems we were gld to know about(like standing water from a roof leak). Anyway, Bill came highly recommended-he is a great person to know and to call when you need something simple or complex to get repaired in the house(isn't licensed for outside work). He's on my permanent "call" list. PS: this is Bill's second job-so you need to be flexible with scheduling, he works nights and weekends, but he shows up when he says he will and completes the job when he says he will.
