+ -1 morePoor attention to detail - poor communication about in stock vs out of stock... poor ability to identify accessories to make the room most functional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
Description of Work: Used to be the "only show in town" for quality bath products. Over priced with at least one totally incompetent salesman who misquotes items and then charges for restocking. Travel a littel further to Route 22 to Birdsall...better quality and service .... they actually care about what you want and NOT what they want. Bath connection guided us to the wrong toilet for a small powder room - a poor choice for a pedestal sink - and poor faucet choices. Do your homework and don't listen to their opinion unless they provide a VERY VALID REASON for a change.
