I found Rob and Dean through Angie's List and liked what I saw on their website. They were not the cheapest estimate, but their BIGGEST selling point was that they work only one major job at a time. Our small bathroom was gutted and re-done in 6 business days! Rob is a gentleman with great people skills. He and his brother Dean make a great team with Dean having a great eye for detail. His crew was very professional and they did a great job of cleaning up as best they could (fine layer of dust everywhere is unavoidable). He responded quickly to my phone calls and was always courteous. One drawback is that we had to wait over 6 months due to their popularity and high demand. It was worth the wait! I probably spent $1500+ over what was necessary, but I purposefully chose high-end shower and sink fixtures. Everything else was from Home Depot (tub, sink, toilet).

Rob Lucas was one of the first contractors to give us an estimate after our contractor quit. His compassion and concern was evident. He was helpful and honest. Rob and Dean are brothers that truly care about the work they do. I am truly thankful they were able to assist us with our remodeling nightmare. They came everyday on time (8:30 am) and stayed daily past 5:00. They were so professional and helpful. They finished when they said they would and charged us what they said they would. They are truly amazing people and an amazing family.

The Lucas family was professional from start to finish. They do their own work - no subcontractors. Communication is outstanding. Price is fair with any adjustment fully discussed. Work is excellent with complete satisfaction guaranteed. Prompt, respectful, neat and courteous. Prices are within average range but work is excellent.
