Their prices are reasonable and they have a very big selection. I would give them an "A" overall. They are very professional, their prices are reasonable. I would give them all "A's" and I'd use them again.

They were very good. They did a good job. They're quick and speedy. They're accurate and have good product. I highly recommend them for pet owners. I had hardwood floors and I didn't want them destroyed by my dogs anymore, so I got the dark vinyl that looks like wood. It looks really nice and they did a good job.

We've dealt with this company a couple of times and overall have been very pleased. They have a wide range of flooring at various price points. We first purchased an engineered hardwood floor and had them install it 10/2012. I suspect they subcontract their installation jobs but I could be wrong. The gentleman who came to measure the room before installation barely spoke English, didn't answer any questions we had, and was not at all professional. In the end the installation itself went smoothly and the floor looks beautiful. They worked neatly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. No issues with the floor after 2 years.
We also purchased a solid hardwood floor from them in May 2013, and got a tremendous deal on it during their Memorial Day Sale. We had another company install it since their prices were less expensive, and I feel Worldwide Wholesale did a better job installing. The flooring is beautiful however. We liked it so much we bought more flooring for the rest of the first floor of our house and plan to have it installed soon.

The work was done in a single day (by 3 pm). The workers were professional and cleaned everything up. It is now two years later and while I have found two places where a small amount of glue has been squeezed out on the floor (I cleaned it myself), I am still happy with the work.
If you research this kind of flooring, you will find that there are different ways to install it. The cheapest way to do it is simply to glue it down to the subfloor. The other, supposedly better way to install it is to glue it edge to edge and let it float over the sub floor. Sometimes the method is indicated by the type of sub floor or its condition, and sometimes you have a choice. They did not give me a choice and when I inquired about it, the cost of the second method was substantially higher. I went with the glue down method and I am happy with it.
I did not have them put down the quarter round molding around the edge. Their quote for that service seemed unreasonable, so I did it myself. In retrospect their quote probably included molding that matched the wood (which I did not want anyway). That stuff is much more expensive.

Gat price, good carpet, nice easy transaction with the salesperson. Installers showed up on time and were very professional. Expert job removing the stair carpet without damaging paint on the trim. There is minor paint damage on one of the basement wall corners as well as on one wall access panel cover. One small part of the carpet is thin enough that you can see the glue and backing if looking at it. I general very pleased with the carpet and installation though.

We’ve used them several times. It’s a very good experience. Their prices were excellent because I did a lot of pricing around a 30 mile radius. They were wonderful. I would highly recommend them. I definitely would check for tile there before spending money at small tile shops because their prices are very competitive.

I picked out my vinyl flooring and ceramic tile on 12/19/10 and paid a deposit of $100 to have someone come to the house to measure. When the person measured, I had some questions which he kept telling me "I know what I'm doing. I have 10 years of experience." I waited for my salesperson to call me to let me know what the cost would be. I didn't hear from her until 12/31/10. I went in the next day to take care of the order. After my salesperson worked up the numbers, I went to the cashier to pay, but the amount they charged me was over $500 more than the salesperson's number. It took me more than a half hour working with the cashier to identify the discrepancies. I paid in full. When I called to make an installment appointment, they told me it had to be ordered, ever though the work order said it was in stock. The ceramic tile was installed by a subcontractor who did a good job, but arrived without the quarter round trim that I had paid for. I then received a call from Worldwide saying my vinyl was in, but they wouldn't make an appointment until I paid my balance. When I told them I had paid in full, they said that the original invoice did not include the cost of the grout, the cost of moving my appliances and for the plumbing. I reminded them that three appliances were to be moved for free (I had two) and there was no plumbing as the washer and dryer were plumbed in the wall and the sink was in a cabinet. I went back to the store to get a credit for the missing quarter round, the extra box of leftover tiles, and pay for the grout. I got a credit of $71.89. A week later my vinyl flooring was scheduled for installation. I had been told that I would have to have a new subfloor installed. The installers had me verify that they had the correct flooring, then started to work. Without warning, they began using an electric saw IN THE HOUSE, which filled with sawdust. I took a look to see what was going on and saw them nailing plywood on top of the old flooring. I asked them why they were not removing the old flooring, as the measurer had said I needed a new SUBfloor. The installer said it was a new subfloor. I had them stop working until I could contact the sales manager to straighten things out. I was told that if I wanted the old flooring taken out, I would have to pay extra. I was forced to allow them to continue. They finished nailing down the plywood, then slopped some goo on the seams. They went outside to get the flooring, then came back in without it and told me that the vinyl had been measured incorrectly and was two feet too short for the space it was covering. They came back one week later with the correct amount of vinyl. After they left, I noticed bubbles under the flooring, and the seams could be seen through the floor. The trim was not properly mitered and stuck out past the door jams (four of them). The only good thing that happened was that Worldwide did not charge me more again for the extra two feet of flooring. I won't be using them again for installation.

WORLDWIDE CARPET HAS GREAT EMPLOYEES THAT ARE COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND POLITE. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB INSTALLING OUR CARPET. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY SHOWED UP A LITTLE LATE TO BEGIN THE WORK.
