I entered into an agreement with the company on June 7, 2007 to order the furnishings and have the closet unit/doors, desk & return built, stained, and installed. The company informed me that the order would take 6-8 weeks to complete. Over the subsequent weeks and months I heard every excuse and false promise in the book. They tried to install cheap pine bi-fold doors instead of the retracting doors I ordered so I took pictures and brought them to the store (refusing to accept the bi-folds). I placed no less than 30 follow up phone calls over the period Sept 07- Jan 08 and it wasn't until I filed a complaint in Jan 2008 with the Better Business Bureau that I got the company's attention. Even then, on Jan 30 they called to say everything was "ready for install" on Feb 4 but that was, again, a lie. More false commitments and delays followed when finally, on Feb 23, 2008 the work was finished, almost nine months after initiating the work.
