Telebrands

I wanted one but was talked in to purchasing 2. I gave the second to my friend for Christmas. Mine worked fine but my friend’s lantern doesn’t work.  We have called and called and haven’t reached high up the chain. They said it was past the 30 day guarantee.  We didn’t know it was broke b/c we wanted to wait to give it as a Christmas gift. I don't want anyone else to go through what we have gone through. We are stuck with a product that never worked and Telabrand is unwilling to refund us for the product.

The phone prompts went on for a very long time, it was completely automated. I kept hitting zero in an attempt to talk to a person and it would not allow me to do so, but did place and confirm an order for me without my request. I then called the customer service number and they told me that they would try to cancel the order but it could not be guaranteed that the cancel would go through.
