TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE & SVC

On tHe came and replaced MANY parts. He charged us over $2700 (not including the parts that I purchased myself). $125 per hour plus $35 per hour (10 hours total) for his intern. I refused to pay for his intern's time and he agreed to subtract that amount. I mailed check and when heating zone still did not work, we called him promptly. He did not call us back after three calls and we were forced to stop check to protect ourselves. When he saw that check was blocked, he did call us back. We agreed to unblock it (a big mistake) with his promise to return the following saturday (3/1) to fix problem. He also said that he was going to  reund us money for check valve that he replaced ($75 for part and $312.50 for labor), as it did nothing to fix problem. He never showed up and never called. I also  have not received a check from him for $387.50 that he promised to mail.
