Solo Air Heating And Cooling LLC

This company is horrible.  They installed our new furnace, the A/C coil, a condenser, and some duct work.  Without asking, they installed pipes outside the house, that didn't need to be there.  The exhaust from the furnace was placed outside and aimed directly at head level, so that when you walked around the corner of the house, you walked right into the exhaust that was coming out of the pipe.  We asked them to move the pipe to a higher level, which they did, but they never installed the screen on it which is supposed to be done by code.  It was so ugly that we then asked them if they could put it inside the wall, since our inside walls were gutted at the time, and have the last part of the exhaust leave through the soffit.  They said they would do this, and didn't come back until the walls were already replaced inside.  At that point, we did not want to remove the walls again, just to have them move the pipe.  They did not apologize or make any attempt to correct this situation.  We made many attempts to contact them to find out when they were coming back to finish their job, which included adding another supply grill in one of the bedrooms, and they still have not returned to do so.  It has been almost 2 months since our construction was finished, and their job is not done.  They also left the pipe for the intake on the furnace, (which is supposed to be piped outside to bring in fresh air), open and just bringing air in from the basement.  This is also not up to code and unacceptable.  I would never recommend this company to anybody else.
