Solanos Fence

They responded to my request for fixing my fence quickly, and were at my house, as promised, and on time.  They were professional, and asked what I needed done.  While they technically completed the few repairs I had asked for, I felt like they rushed, did the minimum needed for me to sign that it was done, offered no tips on fence care, or asked about additional services. These Angie's deals are supposed to low-priced ways for a contractor to get into your door, and if they do great work, you would hire them again.  These guys seemed like it was a priority to finish quickly, and leave.  Not real interested in a long-term relationship.

It was fine. They did a good job. I paid some additional for some additional work. It was $40 extra on top of the big deal. They were prompt.

Job took about 1 hour. Could have hired a contractor for the say for $250.

First, as soon as I contacted Solanos, they came the next day.  My fence gates were in bad shape--they actually needed to be replaced but I didn't have the money for replacements.   I had friends coming in from town so I needed the fence gates fixed fast and inexpensively.
Solanos was quick and very responsive.  Also very professional.

I am waiting to see if they will be true to their promise in Angie's publication.

They did such a great job, I want them to come back and add an additional fence in the back.  They are very professional, clean up well, and efficient. It's like I did not even know that they were here!  

Contacted Solano Fence late March 2014.  Owner Jose Solano returned my call promptly and set up an appointment for provide an

estimate on April 5, 2014.  The weather was still unstable at this time but I informed him I wanted to get the project completed before

he got busy. I had other quotes, but Jose brought me a brochure with pictures so I could see my choices.  This was a big help and he

advised a better solution than the other vendors.  The fences were going to be under tall trees and surrounded with bushes and he

advised vinyl might be better than wood. Vinyl can be cleaned with a little soap and a water hose. Wood I'd have to paint and treat,

I confirmed and provided a deposit of $400.00 with balance of $1300.00 at completion.  Jose stayed in touch with me and called me

when he and his crew would be installing the fences.  He called me the morning, day of installation and arrived as planned.  Work was completed in about 3 1/2 hours.  They cleaned up their work stations and I am very pleased with the job they preformed.

Jose was quick to say if I had any problems in the future, do not hesitate to contact him and he would return to correct it.  The business is owned by Jose and his brother and they had another hard working helper/installer work with them  and I would definitely hired them again and recommend them to others.   

everything went well. pricing , scheduling , and quality of material are great, as well as professionalism. i was rescheduled twice because of the weather, other than that. everything went well. i will definitely use this company again.... most important was that they didnot sent any subcontractors.family owned and operated business

Took some haggling, but if you offer cash, can get discount. Ad says $21/ft but they charge for a whole panel even if it's partial. The fence is fine, just took a few weeks of waiting and sometimes was late and the assistant wasn't always the nicest via text. Cheapest price I found, though.

Solano's responded quickly to my request for quote. They came out to survey the area, discussed the options, and emailed a quote the next day. We made an appointment. and they showed up on time and began working right away. They completed the work in a few hours, and cleaned up after themselves. I had used online estimating tools to get an idea of what the job should cost, and they came in about 10% below that.

Solanos fence was great, i only gave him a C for responsiveness because it took a couple of days for him to get back to me. I would assume it took a couple of days because they are so busy. everything was explained to me without any hidden costs and he informed me of everything a novice would need to know. he was also 1000 dollars cheaper than artistic. Everthing he promised was delivered and installed on time. i highly recommend Solanos fence.
