Elio and his staff are always the easiest people to get along with on the job and make my job easier by working so patiently with my other subcontractors, some of whom can be difficult at times. In the past I have had to constantly watch over contractors' work to make sure errors weren't made and corners weren't cut. Not only is Elio extremely competent and honest, he has saved me money on numerous occasions by finding better ways of doing things. At least once a week I would get a phone call saying, "You know I was thinking about it last night and it would be better if we did it this way." Elio is extremely pleasant, as well, and his vast experience makes difficult projects much easier. I can't say enough about how good he is, and he's become a friend.
