Not well. I was out of tjhe country on a trip, so my daughter called to have the clog cleared. The clog was not in the shower line, but further down the drain line. They left without clearing the clog, and told my daughter to use drank to clear the clog, but I was still changed 185.00. My daughter had to call root rooter to get the clog cleared, which cost be an additional 135.00. I had used this company to do plumber work earlier and was satisfied with their work, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

What I liked about them was that they were prompt, and their pricing was the best I could find. What I didn't like is, I was converting some of the red stone to a power vent and the installer wasn't aware of that so he didn't have all of the necessary tools and made do with that he had. The water heater itself and the installation went fine; they were, in fact, clean. I would use them again in the future as long as the installer knows exactly what situation he is walking into.
