From day 1 nothing went right with the general contractor of this company, Chris Taussi.  He never inspected the work of his subcontractors.  When we showed him a problem with the work he would ?yes? us to death, ?No problem we?ll get to it?
and then never took care of it unless we constantly confronted him about it.  Most of the subcontractors were very good but they were told to cut corners unless we intervened.  Mr. Taussi never wrote anything down, always blamed others for his mistakes.  His quality of work in general is poor.  He never did any type of inspection, left the addition with a 3-1/2? open seam between new and old foundation; ripped out and never replaced concrete patio, the footings for the deck are not centered on
the pilings and are half hanging off.  He ruined $1500.00 worth of blue glass tile (our main bath looks horrible), the
siding around windows was improperly done, left his garbage all over even though there were 3 dumpsters at job site. 
Him and his workers used our electric (no generator at work site), used our bathrooms everyday (did not bring a port-o-potty) and left it dirty! No dust barriers and left house wide open while our elderly parents were living in it (are we supposed to plywood shut entrance ways & windows?!.)  He lied about ordering tile, tried to install wrong granite countertops even when told by granite installer that it was wrong, they were a complete different color than what we had ordered (pink and brown
stone to put in our YELLOW kitchen).  He had plumbing contractor place septic line in wrong location (had it placed in a
location that was easier for him, regardless of what we told him to do).  The location we chose was marked out by our
septic contractor.  His Excavator hit and destroyed corner of detached garage.  Mr. Taussi stated ?Oh it?s only damaged a little bit, just some siding damage?.  The entire corner had to be replaced, concrete repaired.  NINE months later, done like the rest of his work, POOR!  The project was supposed to take 6 months according to his contract.  It took nine months.  It was over one year before we could move in.  He took numerous vacations and took the entire month of August off.  When
called to see if he was going to show up to do any work he would either lie and say ?Yes we?ll be there tomorrow and not show up, or we?re waiting on tile (when I called the tile store they told me he never even placed the order!), and one time even went missing for 3 days. Didn?t return phone calls or emails. It?s just myself, my husband, my 3 year old son and two elderly
parents.  We don?t have a lot of money and this was going to be our dream house and also so we could live close to
take care of our parents.  Mr. Taussi took advantage of us and our parents. Even when the town contacted him and told him our deck is not safe he has still yet to answer and come back to do the right thing and fix it.  See pictures attached of his horrific work!  To this day our deck is still not fixed.
