They were extremely sloppy and careless with their work, which included leaving pieces of wood with nails sticking out of it, knocked my bathroom door off the hinges, and cracked tile on my bathroom floor. They were also unreliable with regards to punctuality, at times not even showing up when supposed to. In addition, they apologized over and over about the cracked tile and said they would contact the insurance company and take care of it. When I followed up with the insurance company, it turned out that they refused to take responsibility for the damage.
Description of Work: I had a flood and the insurance company sent this company to perform flood remediation services.

The technicians were professional and friendly as they brought my home back to its original state....actually even better.
Description of Work: I had a house fire on New Years Eve 3 years ago this week. I called Rainbow and the techs were on site within 20 minutes to set up containment and start the remediation process. Their quick response was a huge savior in confining the smoke damage to certain areas.
