I am so glad I found this company on Angie's list. I called on a Tuesday, they were able to fit me in and get someone out by Thursday of the same week. The tech was early and quick. He made carpet that is 11 years old look almost new. It took only about 30 mins to clean 2 bedrooms, a living room and hallway. Their prices were very reasonable and they were having a special at the time of booking. Also, with regards to pricing, I like that they only ask about the number of rooms you need cleaned and not square footage. I will definitely use them again. My only suggestion would be to call and confirm the appointment with the customer the day before or morning of the appointment. I was wondering if they would show up the day of, but they did and like I mentioned he was actually early.

The owner/ manager was extremely responsive and the technician was professional and friendly. He explained the process and products used and gave an accurate estimate of how long it would take the carpet to dry. He was very thorough and the result was a much cleaner carpet and a better smelling room! I also appreciated that no one tried to up-sell me on other services, like stain protection or upholstery cleaning as other carpet cleaning.

Showed up on time and was very professional. I had contractors in and a pipe broke, with all the running up and down to the basement one area was heavily stained, I was afraid it was permanent. Outstanding. Great service and fast!

We were pleasantly surprised with the results of the carpet cleaning in our living room, dining room, hall, bedroom and stairs. The carpet is 20+ years and there were many stains on the steps and high traffic areas. The carpet looks new!!! FYI the carpet was steam cleaned by another company two years ago and the stains never came out. Tom was very punctual and professional. He treated the stains and then proceeded with the cleaning. Thank you Tom! I had company today and she remarked how great the carpet looked. Told her Oxymagic did the trick.

His work was so good, we had him stay an additional period to clean two rugs which we had not planned to address. I figured that although I had never used Oxymagic, I would try something else rather than Stanley Steamers.. My carpets look wonderful at this juncture. All the stains, including blood have been removed. I thought the gentleman who cleaned my rugs was cooperative, knowledgeable and honest. He was punctual, and was able to fit me in before the holidays. I do know that with steaming, the stains can resurface. We shall see what happens with Oxymagic.
