Flooring
We contracted for a floating wood floor with owner. However, the workers installed a party glued floor. The workers were not on time and very disrespectful. When we stopped payment on the second installment due to incorrect work the owner Victor called us on the phone screaming and cursing at us. We attempted to explain to him that we contracted for a floating floor and we did not approve a half glued floor with big T floor moldings. Victor threatened us, became irate and refused to listen unless we parishes m the second of three installments.

Flooring
The provider ("VIC from NJ Flooring Outlets") came to our house and took the order for doing 6 rooms and a hallway of hardwood floors and carpeting for the staircase. He was very professional, had all the floor samples, pricing was good. We paid 50% upfront for the job, a few weeks later the materials were delivered, and installation was slated for a week later.
Once the guys came to do the installation, they rushed the job to get the downstairs completed (3 rooms) in 1 day, and 3 rooms upstairs and the hallway the next day (1 day). There were a few gaps left that had to be filled in with puddy because the floors were already glued down and nailed in. The moldings / trim were put down sloppily and extremely poorly (and will have to be redone once again by us to make sure the job is done acceptably).
Since the job was done so quickly and they moved furniture back on to the floor before glue actually dried and set, there were many glue spots and scuffs that we had to fix and remedy ourselves.
Upstairs they did a relatively good job, except for a few glaring oddities - first off, this is not a new build, this is a 12-year old house. They shouldn't be sawing the wood planks in the house where saw dust gets into all the closets where my children's clothes are. They did an extremely poor job of cutting and laying down the moldings in everyroom and hallway up stairs also, which will now need to be redone. They miscut the bullnose for the top of the staircase which then caused squeaks against the wood of the staircase everytime you walk near the staircase. The moldings going from the hallway to the laundry room were ordered incorrectly, and after 3 months, they reordered once again, and the worng color came, and they installed a lighter color (oak) than the Gunstock that needed to be used. I now have to have that redone on my own since my callls go unanswered.
Phone callls go unanswered, texts are not responded to. I've sent pictures showing that the wood is two different colors and yet no response. I guess its the old adage, you get what you pay for. Price was good, Service was not!!!!! I will tell ALL my friends and colleagues to NEVER utilize this merchant. It's disgraceful that I can't get satisfied after spending $7,200.
