They cleaned the gutter on a 4 bedroom colonial. I thought the price was fair. They were very responsive. They did exactly what they said they would do and let they left something in my mailbox.

Came right after called, cleaned and flushed out the gutters. Did a great job. I dd think that the price was a little too much for a small, one level house.

"Thank you very much! It was a pleasure to service you. Please keep in mind, our pricing is based on several contributing factors. Size and style of home, roof pitch, roof material (slate, cedar, asphalt, etc), whether or not there are screens on the gutters, etc. Furthermore, the insurance cost of doing any ladder work in New York State is the highest in our country. Have been using Ned Stevens for gutter maintenance for years and recently had a large section of gutter break free from the second story of my home. It was hanging precariously down the full height of the exterior and threatening to do further damage to my home. Their reps responded to my concerns quickly and scheduled an expedited replacement based on same. Work was done on time, looks great and based on past experience/repairs I fully expect this to be a lasting and satisfactory replacement. I can recommend Ned Stevens for overall quality and consistently good work at a fair price.

Response to my intial phone call was immediate. I could not be home for the scheduled estimate but fund it waiting for me in mailbox that afternoon. Icalled to schedule service...and date was set. The week before I got a call saying that they had an opening in their schedule and could the following day, which worked out fine for me. I was given a 9am-12 pm window and workers showed uo promptly at 11 and got right to work. I was pleased to smell a bleach additive as they power washed as areas of my siding were covered in mold. The workers were polite, professional and efficient. The entire job was completed in just over one hour. I will definitely call on Ned Stevenes again in the future.
