See above. We are now in negotiations to have this walk in tub removed.

I explained to him that I had water on the floor in the garage and some in the basement when he was determining how to repair it. He dug a trench outside, put in a new pipe, and replaced the gutters. I have never seen more than a small amount of water trickle from the pipe. When he poured a hose right on top of it, water was pouring out, but that doesn’t show a great example for real life situations. He told me before the work was completed that there was a warranty for the job in writing. After the work was complete, he only put a warranty on it for two feet down when my problems goes as far at eight feet down. He did not make it clear to me that the warranty didn’t cover where I needed it to cover. Right after he left, there was dampness on one cinderblock in the basement. He told me I needed to dry lock it. I did, but I am not sure it will hold if we have a heavy rain. The garage is still as wet as it was before he even did the work. He said 90% of the time, what he did fixes it, but this did not repair the water leakage in my home.  When I explain this to him, he is coming up with other reasons for the water leakage that was never the issue. The services he performed did not correct the issue. I want him to come and fix the problem or give the refund.

Form the start date, John was there everyday .The job had a few glitches, but through good communication they were resolved quickly. We lived here during the renovation and John was very accomodating by keeping us as comfortable as he could. The areas were cleaned up every day. John had passion for the job and I believe that when finished it came out better than expected because of that passion. John did a lot of the work himself and did not rely on subcontractors for everything. I would highly recomend him for any job, large or small.
