We had an extremely good experience. The team was professional, hard working, courteous, and most of all, EXTREMELY careful with the furniture. The move was painless, and the guys couldn't do enough for us, I. HIGHLY recommend them for your moving needs.

They performed two moves for me and one for my in-laws. Each was done promptly with a great deal of care and professionalism. I would definitely use again.

May Pan made us feel as though they were moving family. If you are looking for a short-haul or long-haul mover, there is no need to call anyone other than May Pan. We found May Pan through Angie's List, though we had seem them many times in the West Essex area. Before calling them, we called 5 other movers, some of which were based on a relationship with the firm that I work for. Of these 6 movers, only May Pan offered to provide 2 trucks without a shuttle to a larger truck. The other 5 movers all required us to wait for other loads. We were told that we would see our items between 8 and 14 days after pickup. May Pan told us that we would see them 2 days after pickup. The price was right, they were careful, and worked with us to make this a successful move. They arrived exactly on-time for the pick-up and started delivering exactly as promised. We highly recommend this company to anyone needing moving services. They did not charge us 1 penny more than the agreed price and went above and beyond what was expected during this move. At the end, my wife gave each one a hug and told them she felt like her uncle moved us. What a phenomenal company. USE THEM!

Maypan came on time with two large trucks. Their moved the furniture with care. I boxed all my personal items myself, but they carried and moved these boxes along with the furniture. When the two trucks were filled with all my furniture and belongings, we drove to the new location. Everything was moved into the places that I indicated. When certain pieces didn't look right in the area I selected, they were very good about allowing me to have the item(s) placed in another location in the house. It was a relief to be able to do this, because everything that fit so perfectly in my big house had to be worked into my new and smaller space. They didn't just drop and run.

We were very satisfied with the move. They did a good job and they were here on time. They arrived in Florida about half an hour early.

It was the best move I have ever had, thanks to their good work. From start to finish, totally professional, including the estimate at my house before the move, on the phone, and during the entire move itself.They were cheerful, pleasant to be around and to work with. Clean, no swearing, glad to do anything I requested, careful. And very efficient, so that the moving out, packing of the van, and moving in were within the estimated time. (Price based on hours, not weight, because the move was not across state lines.)They showed up on time, and got the job done within the time and estimated cost. The owner did the estimate, and was there to supervise the loading out. He personally wrapped the antique furniture and prepped the piano for the move. And packed the truck so nothing shifted or was damaged during transport.They knew what they were doing with the grand piano. For anyone who has ever experienced a piano move with people who don't know what they are doing, you know what I mean. They were able to take apart and put together the grand piano with no issues. And were able to handle the balance and weight down bad stairs as they moved it out of the old house, and maneuver around angles in the new house. When we got to the new house (smaller than the previous one), I kept sending boxes to the attic for me to deal with later. I waited several days to look at the attic, assuming that everything would be a jumble. It was a pleasant surprise to climb the stairs and find that they have carefully arranged the boxes with a path and in stacks where I could reach them. They had also moved some items that were already there to make room for the new boxes. Again, it was carefully done and with intelligence.I am very picky, have experienced many moves, and I highly recommend May Pan - a friendly, professional, family-run company.

I have moved houses a half dozen dozen times. Never have I had a better experience than with May Pan. Professional, punctual, fast. Didn't scratch a wall or break a thing. We had the company owner / foreman on site and he was a good communicator. The crew was top notch, worked tirelessly in the heat, knew all of us by heart by the move's end. Came in a the cost they'd quoted. No attempts to sell boxes or tape or all the other things movers surprise you with at the end of a move. Can't say enough good things.

These guys are excellent. Lisa (who answers the calls) is a very polite woman who works with you. She gaveus all the pricing details upfront so there were no surprises. The 3 men who moved our stuff were also great. The elevator even broke down during the move and they used the stairs without complaining even once. All of our stuff was handled with care. They accepted everything in whatever box, shape, or form. I highly recommend.

They were excellent to work with. They were punctual and reasonably careful with my belongings.

Kim (manager in office) very courteous and arrangement to fit my move when I needed. 3 man crew arrived early and were courteous, quick and careful.

They did an excellent job, and my furniture was returned in exactly the same condition as when it left here. They were prompt and efficient. I remember thinking that the price was fair, but don't remember the amount.

Kim, the manager, was fantastic and so helpful. She returned my call promptly, set up the appointment, and called to let me know the window of time on their arrival. The movers were great...very professional, careful, and quick. It was a great experience!

We found May Pan on Better Business Bureau's website where they had an A+ rating. They arrived exactly when they said they would and got to work immediately. Our apartment was on the second floor of a three-story two family house with a really narrow entrance and stairwell. Despite the difficulty of moving big pieces out, they worked with an incredible speed and the truck was full and ready to leave in four hours. In the past my husband and I had moved ourselves with the help of friends and we read/heard many horror stories about moving companies. This by far was the best moving experience we have ever had. May Pan movers were punctual, fast, careful, and very polite. They were so dedicated to their work that we couldn't make them take a break. They charged us exactly what they estimated (per hour) and at the end the total cost turned out to be lower than the other companies that we got a quote from. They charged a basic fee and then added onto it once everything was accounted for. This was absolutely faultless. I'm sure not many people will say that about their movers, but these people were just excellent. They were on time, intelligent, innovative, courteous, thorough and they did everything that they said they would do. Nothing was lost or broken. I could not be more complimentary. If it came up, I would use them again.
