Charlie was very patient with us during the design process and did a perfect job with the layout.
Their recommended contractor Kitchen Experts was amazing! Showed up on time, worked Saturdays to complete job in timely manner. Their professionalism and work was outstanding!! Any issues with the cabinets( minor) were addressed immediately and new product was sent. We are very happy that we chose Kitchen Expo and especially Kitchen Experts!!

Steer clear of this place. We just experienced a renovation nightmare
due to Kitchen Expo. We went through a painstaking design with Kitchen
Expo's designer (that frankly took much longer than it needed to due to a
disorganized designer). Part of the process includes Kitchen Expo
hiring a contractor to come to our house and review the measurements and
certify the design will work. We were looking to raise our ceilings
from 7 feet to 8 feet. The Kitchen Expo hired contractor poked holes in
the ceiling, and communicated there was maybe some minor plumbing that
would have to be rearranged, but no major obstacles. He blessed the
design. Our cabinets were ordered ($24K worth). While the cabinets were
being built, we needed to still order a decorative piece and when we
called our Kitchen Expo designer to try and finalize that, we found out
our designer had been fired. Uh-oh. I called Kitchen Expo corporate
voicing my concerns now about the design, designer, etc..., and I was
assured that Kitchen Expo would stand behind their design and cabinets. A
few weeks later cabinets arrived and my contractor began demo. 1st day
of demo, my contractor saw that not only was there full drain pipes from
my upstairs bathrooms running through the soffits in the 7 foot
ceilings, but also beams from a roof that extends onto our back deck was
running through the soffits. There was no way the 8 foot ceilings would
work, which means my kitchen design was compromised, and I had cabinets
from Kitchen Expo that would not fit in my kitchen. I called Kitchen
Expo and they said there's nothing they could do to help me, they would
not allow a return and replacement. Their recommendation was for me to
buy even more cabinets from them that were smaller. Fat chance, I argued
as much as I could, but they wouldn't budge. I ultimately ordered
replacement cabinets from another vendor because I will never give
another cent to Kitchen Expo. Long story short, I'm exploring every
avenue possible to try and get some money back for these cabinets that
are still in their box, collecting dust in my garage. The customer
service from this company is horrendous. They don't stand behind their
products or designs. I couldn't be more disappointed with my experience
with this company. Please stay away, you've been warned.
Response from KITCHEN EXPO
"Kitchen Expo has a dedicated Customer Care team to address and resolve any issues that may arise during a remodeling project. Our reviews are high and our complaints are very low due to how we choose to operate our business. In any kitchen remodel there are a myriad of issues that can (and do) occur, including, but not limited to a miscue on the part of designer, a manufacturer, a shipper, an installer or the customer themselves. The key, in our view, is the reaction time to correct any issues that arise. At Kitchen Expo we feel that we not only have a responsibility to satisfy our customers, but a moral and ethical obligation to do so. That is what has kept us in this community for over 25 years and have included tens of thousands of satisfied customers to our Kitchen Expo family. We will not address the particulars of this situation in this forum. We will share, in this case the customer had requested a 3rd party mediator to review the details of the circumstance and make a decision based on the facts reported. The 3rd party mediator decided in Kitchen Expo’s favor. The customer then re-disputed and requested a second review of the circumstances, to which was decided in Kitchen Expo’s favor again. I can assure you that our mission is to exceed customer’s expectations by listening, sharing expertise, earning trust and building genuinely caring relationships while providing the kitchen designed and accepted by the customer. It is unfortunate that this couldn’t be resolved with a different result. We are grateful for the opportunity to set the record straight. Our years in business, as well as our proven track record, speak for themselves. Simple research will assist you in seeing through this customer’s claim. Our tens of thousands of satisfied customers tell of a very different experience… and that is what we do!"

Charlie was service oriented and very helpful and patient throughout the design process and in providing referrals for the different contractors. He was communicative and timely. Delivery was as planned.
Although Kitchen Expo was not the cheapest, the price was reasonable and service was worth the difference. I would definitely recommend.

They did a marvellous job! It was one designer. We had a difficult kitchen to design and he stuck to it and designed it down to the 1/8th of an inch. He also recommended the installers. They were about the same price as the large home improvement store but a better quality. I have no complaints.

Kitchen Expo's work quality is unmatched. We sometimes had to call them 2 or 3 times to get a response and the cabinets were very expensive. The men who came were professional and courteous and very careful not to damage the cabinets or anything else in the kitchen.
