The sales rep visited my home and demonstrated the product line. He showed me how tough the gutters were, and actually stood on a small section of gutter to demonstrate how the metal would not bend. He explained how the "clog free" design resisted debris buildup, a real problem with my old gutters. He showed me a sample of a commonly installed gutter system, and described how much more water his product could handle due to the extra large size of the gutter. I was very impressed by the demonstration, and signed the company up to do the job the same night (very rare for me, I must say). The only thing I was not so sure of was the price. However, after three years living with these gutters, I am convinced today that the price I paid was fair for the quality gutters I now have on my home. They have survived some very heavy storms, including record breaking snow storms, and a more recent hurricane. These gutters are worth the extra money. The removal of my old gutters and installation of the new ones went very smoothly. The installation was quick, and I have not had trouble with these "clog free" gutters in the three years they have been installed. I am writing this review today, three years after the fact, because I recommended Gutter Genie to a friend and I was surprised to see that no one has provided a review of this particular company. If you choose Gutter Genie, I hope that you have the same positive experience as I have had.
