John La Ferrara, owner & operator answered my call to inquire about my seeing black carpenter ants around the house & property.
John explained what they were, what they can do to a home as far as damage and how they treat the home to eliminate the problem. We scheduled a time for next day for him to visit the house, assess the problem and provide a written estimate. 
Joh arrived right on time in the morning. His truck was professionally detailed with logo and advertising noting license and insurance credentials. He walked the property with me and advised that we did have the problem and that he recommends a treatment that would be a powerwash of the rooftops with a chemical that coats the surface after drying. This would mitigate the problem after a short period as the product seals the roof, drys and the insect dies upon contact.
I agreed with his assessment, he gave us an estimate, approximately $200.00 and scheduled the work for today, 5/15. John arrived on time and proceeded to make the application. He advised my wife that the work was completed, gave her instructions on what to expect and if any bees were noted after X time, to please call him immediately. We paid him by check at that point with receipt provided.
John was courteous, professional and very open about discussiong all that he was doing. He was very careful during the application and the property was left in perfect condition.
I would highly this company for any extermination work basis performance,fair & resonable pricing and the pleasant and professional manner demonstrated by Mr. La Ferrara.

(By way of explanation, I am away from my address book and do not have the owner's last name so I must use his first.)  He is always on time and returns all of my phone calls promptly if he is unable to answer them immediately. In addition he has referred me to a live animal pest service controller who demonstrates the same work ethic as John has.  I have no hesitancy in recommending Enviro Chem Service it is an excellent company.

The price was high-he increased from what we agreed.  He was coming every couple of months which I thought was over kill.  We cancelled after a couple of months.  It was not a pleasant experience.  I would not use them again.

They are terrific and if you hook up with them they will come 3 or 4 times a year for 78.00. They clean up after themselves. They are good.

I have had them for years. They are very reliable and efficient. They seem to be very environmentally friendly.  Scheduling is easy and they arrive on time for the appointments. One technician comes out and they are fairly quick.

We have been using them for 23 years. John always responds immediately to any problem or call.   He is knowledgeable professional , explains everything in detail and has eliminated every problem we have had . A model of customer service  

John has always been very responsive to our calls. We may be his furthest clients (he's in Tom's River and we're in Bergen County), but it never seems to matter. He's always been there when we needed him.
