They were scheduled to do two cleanings a year of our rental house. They were never on time and did a very sloppy job, I had to go after them in many spots. This year we've waited for a month and half and had to cancel and reach out to someone else to get it done. Nobody at their office was ever able to explain the delay, they never call back when they say they would.

They were pretty good. They come out four times a year plus whenever we have a problem. They are responsive and thorough.

It has gone well. They put in a one-way door, so the bat can get out and not return. It has been working well. Then once they leave, they closed the hole that they were able to get in by. They left the door in for about a month and then they closed it. They have good reviews.
