My wife and I live in North Caldwell and decided to do a kitchen, family room and complete first floor renovation. After we had a our design completed, we sat down with Bobby Delmo and explained what our plans were for our project. He patiently listened, took notes, asked questions and then came back with an estimate. He also gave us a realistic time schedule to complete the renovations, never over committing. The work started on time, a dumpster was delivered to driveway & port-a-potty for workers in the yard. All workers, electricians, framers, plumbers, painters, etc were polite and friendly. They kept all work areas neat and clean. All work was completed on time....Bobby Delmo kept work on time and monitored daily progress. He was always available to take my calls if I had a question. The project came in on budget and payment schedule was very reasonable. I have had renovations on my previous homes, and this was our best experience by far!
