Duke's team from CRG have done three jobs now on my roof. One was installing flashing. A second job was replacing an old leaky skylight. A third was installing a new fan on top of our chimney -- not easy. Every time they were so good and his prices so fair. Duke is the most honest and fair contractor I have ever worked with.

Project: Total Roof Replacement I don't usually leave reviews, but Duke was so great that I felt he deserved it. Excellent customer service! He always showed up when he was expected. He replaced my whole roof, plywood and all. During the process, he showed me pictures of the work being done, which I really appreciated. He also took the time to explain everything in detail. Duke also did a couple of extra jobs for me that he didn't have to do. Not only did Duke and his team do an excellent job on my roof, but they cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave any work for me to do. I would highly recommend CRG Contractors, Inc.

Duke was excellent in explaining what needed to be repaired, why concerned, and what issues I may have in the future. He showed me pictures of the parts of the roof where the leak was, and improper installation and explained and assured me what needed to be done. I was able to see pictures of before and after. He is extremely reasonable with pricing and he is a person that is genuine in dealing with his customers and not looking to rip you off! Will be using him again to do the entire roof! Excellent service and work!

They also installed new gutters & leader pipes & repaired my back porch by recementing it with wire backing. A very good business to deal with. They communicated all the time & worked with integrity & honesty in all areas. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of home improvement inside or outside. Angela Roman

We have used CRG twice now on our roof . First time was on the main roof last year which had a leak. They fixed it the same day. Second was when the roof over our porch started leaking during Ida. They removed and replaced all the shingles, and flashing. They showed up on time and when they were done you could not tell they were there except new roof. Would definitely use again and recommend

They got us an estimate very quickly. They ordered supplies, etc. even faster and made the roof replacement in a single day. It was complete about 8 days after the estimate. Very through, polite, and communicative.

Contractor with his crews came on time. Removed Shingles from 3 x 5 ft area. He saw me the leak area. I provided new shingles and he did the job like any professional roofer does. He gave me the invoice and one year warranty for the work. I am happy except $500 for labor. To me is little high.

They were timely, courteous and did a really good job. I appreciated the fact that they texted me before and after pictures of the work that was done.

Contacted immediatly, set appt. Showed up on time, reviewed work needed. Agreed on work, time, and price (very good, had other estimates). Ordered necessary repair parts. In 3 days work was completed. Sandra in office always in contact by text or e-mail. Very satisfied with CRG and will offer other work next spring. Thanks to Dari, Sandra and worker. Cover work area all of NJ. Highly recommended.

Very professional and fast service. They rebuilt my roof two years ago and recently rebuit my chimeney. Everything came out great and clean.

Let me start off by saying I would have given this company 0 stars but HomeAdvisor will not let me. My family and I hired this company to install a flat rubber roof. We expressed to Joe (the owners son) that we had a lot of concerns about this roof, because we did not have any leaks. Joe assured us over and over again that the roof he would be installed would be perfect, not one leak. I can even quote him by saying **I can guarantee... ABSOLUTELY no leaks**. Since his workers (he only showed up on the day of installation for an hour or so) installed the roof on 10/24/2020, we have had a total of three leaks. When we called to tell them, every time it was miserable to get him to come back here. For this most recent leak, he did not show up for three days in a row, and, when he finally did show up, he said that the leak was not coming from the roof he installed, that his roof is perfect (even though the water is coming in from the ceiling light under the roof he installed). He said it is coming from the second-floor roof (which is impossible, because then it would be leaking through the attic pass the rain gutter, down the side of the master bedroom and across 13ft into the center of the roof where it is leaking into the downstairs living room now). Joe said he could fix this issue with our second-floor roof (which is a pitched roof) for $7500 MORE, but that would only include the one side of the pitched roof. We already paid $4200 to this company for the installation of the flat roof, and now he wants another $7500 to fix a roof that we had NEVER had any issue with. Each leak we had with the roof he installed was in a different area of the roof. I am sure the next leak will be another 13ft away from the pitched roof which is what he is saying the issue is. Joe also wrote on our receipt a 2-year warranty and a guarantee, but he is not standing by that because he is blaming this most recent leak on our second floor pitched roof as I mentioned earlier. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE, and frankly, this company should lose their license, and be shut down because Joe seems to be an unscrupulous contractor. Thank you.

I scheduled a free estimate. He ran a little behind but was very apologetic and came about an hour later. Inspected my roof and attic for the water damage. Explained what he thought was wrong and what he could do to fix it. He gave a fair price and came back later the same day to do the actual job. He finished in under an hour. Explained everything he did and how he repaired it. I will call them in the future.

They appeared promptly to the work site. They did a fine job through and through and cleaned everything after the job was done.

The owner provided the estimate himself and the office staff kept md updated before and after the actual visit DK I knew who and when they were coming.

The work was done quickly. However, they left trash behind that they should have taken care of and we were disappointed the contractor that quoted us did not come back to check his team's work.
