We were happy with everything. We looked up a few different people and we picked them because they have great reputation. The price was reasonable and comparable with everybody else. They were on time. They took care of it. There were no questions. It was a quick and easy job.

I was thrilled with Sandra at California Closets. She came over to give me a consultation and did fantastic work designing three closets and a shelf for some dead space in the bathroom. When, due to an unforeseen circumstance, I couldn't proceed with having the work done, she and the office staff were very kind and professional. Recommend!

"After countless trips to (removed member name) home over almost three years, we ended up walking away from an over $4,000 balance she owed California Closets. Because we were no longer going to continue to fix things that were not our responsibility, we informed (removed member name) that we would not accept punch list after punch list due to issues with the settling of her building over this time period. Our systems and sliding doors that were installed perfectly became out of square long after they were installed. We offer a lifetime guarantee for poor workmanship, but this was not the case. We did everything we were contracted to do and then decided to end our relationship with this client as it became clear that no one, other contractors at her home included, were going to be able to do anything that would come close to the unreasonable expectations that this client had. It is unfortunate that we received such a poor rating from any client, though we cannot say we are surprised in this instance. We price ourselves on good quality and have installed thousands of closets over the years and have never had an issue such as this."

It turned out great, they are super! They are really easy to work with, and the designer was wonderful. I thought they were reasonably priced and they arrived when they said they would and did everything they said they would do. I would definitely recommend them to others!

It was okay but I thought they were expensive and I think you can get a very similar product for a lot less money.

For the quality it was overrated and they were expensive. I was disappointed with how they were put together and the front part of the drawers fell off. It's just not put together well, and the front facing of the drawers are just glued, and not put on more securely.

Joe Frucci came top my house. He had a computer and designed the closet for me. We made
some changes and I picked colors and hardware. This was on August 31. Yesterday a painter
came to my house and took the chair rail off the wall and p[ainted to room. Today 2 men came
and installed the closet.

One of the closets had problems. The installation team did not quality control the closet and it did not work properly. I had to send multiple emails and call multiple times before getting a response. Not something I expect from a company that I just spent $3500 for two closets.

REPRESENTATIVE CAME TO OUR HOME AND WORKED ALONG WITH US TO DETERMINE WHAT AMOUNT OF HANGING SPACE VS. SHELF SPACE WOULD BE NEEDED. PROPOSAL WAS THEN PUT TOGETHER WITH A DRAWING WHICH INCLUDED A SPACE FOR TIE AND BELT RACKS.
