They called me back within 15 minutes and showed up within 3 hours of my call. Identified the problem immediately and repaired the loose nut. Their representative was quite polite and did a good clean job. In fact, he was somewhat apologetic because it took him only 15-20 minutes to complete the job and their minimum is $140 for the 1st hour, so, since I had 45 minutes to go, I asked him to look & fix a couple of other minor plumbing "situations", he helped with those too. Good job done. Good company, will definitely use them again!!

When I contacted Biondi, I was connected with his answering service; I did not get a call back the same day, but when I called again the next day, I was called back promptly. In order to have someone present at home when he came, we had to coordinate schedules, and he gave me his cell phone number so that we could do so. As soon as an inspection was done on his previous job, he came, installed the gas line, and moved the stove back in place by himself (a formidable task, given a 50 year old six-burner model!) He was courteous and professional.

They came in a timely manner. And fixed the problem in less than a hour.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR OVER TEN YEARS. I HAVE EVEN CALLED HIM NEW YEARS NIGHT. HE HAS SAVED MANY SITUATIONS. HE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DEPENDABLE. HE IS PREPARED WITH EXTRA PARTS.
