TERRIBLE. I was given an estimate of $74/hour for 3 men, "as long as I needed them". Mark, the foreman, had a terrible attitude, and took off with my vacuum, which I needed to clean up the debris they left. I could not get him to return with it, despite the fact that I was paying them by the hour. When I called the company to ask that Mark return it, the owner of the company, Yan Reznik, said "I don't run a cleaning business, you (expletive) (expletive)." When I called back to speak to my original sales rep, Matt, I overheard Yan say, and I quote: "you tell that stupid (expletive) (female-specific expletive) that if she wants her vacuum, she can come get it or we can deliver it back to her for $225." I was appalled, scared, and concerned that the lunatics were running the asylum. Then, while in my attorney's office signing documents, the receptionist called me and said if I wasn't at my new house "in ten minutes, our rate is increasing to $111/hour, or they're leaving."
