This project was never even started because the contractor, Joe DeLillo didn't show up for either one of 2 appointments we set up. Nor did he call to say he wasn't coming. When I called after he blew me off the first time. It was obvious that he forgot. He then set up another appointment 2 days later for which he did not show up again. I will not call him again. As this is a terrible way to start. He is unreliable in my opinion.

THE WORK THAT THEY PERFORMED WAS GREAT AND THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THE COMPANY WAS VERY DEPENDABLE. THEY WORKED VERY HARD TO BUILD OUR DECK AND HAD THE WORK COMPLETED SOONER THAN THEY HAD ANTICIPATED.
